Instead of the superior room with a queen bed, I got a compact twin room, which wasn’t what I expected. The air conditioning could have been better. my room felt a bit stuffy at times. The lack of in-room coffee or tea facilities was a bummer, too. Breakfast had some great choices, but I would have preferred a few more options. Overall, I felt the hotel was a charm and plan on returning, but I hope the issues get sorted out next time.
